Never meet someone as rude as the office stuff. She picked up the phone with so much attitude. The made me not even buy anything. As a business owner my self. I would suggest chsnge jobs if you hate your job this much.

Great service technicians Deceitful and predatory pricing practices Signed up and was told 1.99 per gallon so I agreed to use them Second month billing 3.99 per gallon… Called and spoke with customer rep, was told she has no idea why the price jumped ( she stated she was new and would get a manager ) manager said, oh thats the landlord rate.. not the consumer rate This was never explained and intentionally hid from me during my setup process, and makes me question how many people they have done this to that never catch the hidden price increase. Definitely look for alternative companies that are honest and have integrity in their sales practices.

Propane prices were consistently well above competitor’s prices. We eventually switched suppliers and Ciardelli has continued to refuse to complete our transition to another supplier or pick up their old tank despite numerous requests.

This company couldn’t tell me when they were coming to get their tanks. They left them for a month, when they came to get them they damaged my property. They blew me off when they said they would come take a look.

Like others we've read, we are new customer's to Ciardelli Fuel Company. This company is fantastic! From the person answering the phone to the technicians working with you in the field. Today we had the pleasure of working with an on-time very knowledgeable and patient technician. Bill M. discovered a couple of code violations that the previous company actually installed improperly! I asked many, many questions... but Bill had the answers... all the answers. I followed him around watching and learning... He spoke highly of the company and the management. Initially, I also worked with Gabe who is also extremely knowledgeable and is the Ciardelli person supporting my decision to change my propane supplier to Ciardelli. Gabe has been very responsive and helpful in this transition. Seriously... This is a great company providing good value with solid technical support. They Care! I'm looking forward to many years with Ciardelli!

When I owned a home in Rindge Ciardelli was my propane fuel supplier. I never had a problem with the service. In fact, Matt Ciardelli personally helped set up my customer account. It was a pleasure doing business with this family owned Company. I highly recommend them!

Fuel delivery is superbly reliable and well priced. Their customer service and on-site equipment services are extraordinary. They are responsive, have great expertise, and are very professional. I wish all the companies I work with as a home owner were this good! They are top shelf. (they provide me fuel oil, propane, service my boiler system and are about to install lines for my gas logs)

So happy I made the switch to Ciardelli Fuel. From day one the service has been outstanding. They came out to inspect my system before their first delivery and found an issue that wasn't up to code. They fixed it and it's nice to have that peace of mind when propane is involved. They have delivered on time with no issue using their automatic delivery. I found each person I have dealt with to be professional, well trained in there job and friendly. Thanks Ciardelli Fuel! You went out of your way to get a new customer and it is appreciated.
